Reaching the Six-Year Mark 

We're celebrating our 6th year of business! The services we have developed over the years keep growing and expanding, with our team creating innovative solutions to the ever-evolving cyber threats. We embarked on a mission to improve our customer's cyber defences, and we've done that by finding and developing tools & services that meet our customer's needs. Innovation is one of our core values and 2023 didn't disappoint on this front, we've brought in a new Incident Response team to assist businesses in need or urgent attention, we're evolving our academy to offer external training for businesses, covering the fundamentals of cyber security and internal practices - and so much more! 

Awards 

2023 has been a very positive year with awards, we've been shortlisted for numerous accolades including penetration testing vendor of the year, fastest growing business of the year and much more! Some of the awards include:

Planning for 2024, we have already submitted ourselves for Investors in People to reach new tiers next year. We look forward to what we can achieve and hopefully add another couple of awards to our shelf. 

Pentest People Academy 

We have now created a Pentest People Academy, which is our educational programme for people who are entering the profession. This academy supports our commitment to nurturing fresh talent and fostering the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. This is still fully launched, with more new exciting things to come, such as the cyber security fundamentals training. Our two-day in-person training course is meticulously designed to provide participants with a solid foundation in cyber security, focusing on the prevalent threats and vulnerabilities organisations face today.

Social Events 

Here at Pentest People, we believe social events and regular team building create team bonds which form the amazing workforce we have. As well as socials, we have mental wellbeing workshops with our mental health first aiders to ensure our team feel supported and have someone they feel they can speak to.

We believe in recognising our staff's hard work and achievements throughout the year and ensuring our staff feel appreciated. We have a designated social fun budget spread throughout the year for department socials & office lunches, which are voted for by the team to accommodate all hobbies & lifestyles.

Podcast Channel 

Recently, we have focused on our Pentest People Techbites Spotify channel, where our team discuss technical topics, real-life scenarios and global cyber news. We have regular guests on the channel to talk about their own cyber experiences and their expert advice to global and individual cyber issues. Our Developed Services

We are so proud of our core services and how successful they have been; with growth always being our goal, this year, we've worked on our new Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS) and launched SecurePortal 2.0. This proactive approach saves IT teams time and resources and ultimately money, by offering clients a digital vulnerability platform with around the clock testing we're changing the way penetration test results are viewed, making the vulnerability data easily actioned and speeding up the remediation process. 

Also launched this year, we've been working on a new incident response service, which will significantly enhance our ability to react swiftly and effectively to security breaches, minimising any damage. 

Our team have developed our new Ransomware Readiness Assessment service as cyber threats continue to evolve. This service is designed to proactively protect systems from Ransomware Attacks, ensuring our clients can operate securely and confidently in the digital landscape. 

Just One Tree Campaign 

Here at Pentest People, we are proud of our partnership with 'Just One Tree, ' a nonprofit initiative that is on a mission to make the world a more sustainable place. Just One Tree combat climate change by planting trees, this campaign restores life on land and in the oceans shaping a new generation. Pentest People will be planting one tree for every professional service we sell to contribute to Just One Trees mission. 

This is just the start of our mission to reduce our carbon footprint along with our hybrid working scheme, remote service options and bike-to-work scheme.
